Mainstream Voucher Program
The Mainstream Voucher Program provides rental assistance to assist households which include non-elderly persons (age 18 to 62) with disabilities who are transitioning out of institutional or other segregated settings, who are at risk of institutionalization, who are homeless, or who are at risk of becoming homeless. FMHA partners with Alliance Health, who provides supportive services to the assisted family.
Alliance Health is a Managed Care Organization that coordinates the delivery of behavioral health and supportive services to individuals and families, who are in institutions, segregated settings, or who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. This network partners with the Fayetteville Metropolitan Housing Authority (FMHA) to coordinate services for Mainstream Voucher recipients.
Interested applicants may contact Ms. Laressa Witt via email (please click here) at Alliance Health for additional information.
