During normal business hours on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, the calls are received and dispatched to a Maintenance Staff person.

EMERGENCY

  • Fire, Call 911
  • Broken gas line or gas leak
  • Loss of power
  • Broken water lines
  • Exposed electrical lines
  • No heat (During winter season)
  • Broken door locks or broken windows
  • Major plumbing backups and/or conditions that might cause harm to the tenant and/or damage to property (includes overflowing toilet and other exposure to raw sewage)

Nuisance Charge:

If you call in a work order and give permission to the work order clerks, to have the work performed in your unit but your screen door is locked once maintenance arrives, or you have a dog that's not permitted in your unit, a nuisance fee/fine will be charged to the tenant. The Nuisance charge is $27. Please remember that you can also be charged for not letting the maintenance technician in your unit during inspections, when work must be performed.
