Fayetteville Metropolitan Housing Authority DOES NOT take applications for the Cross Creek Pointe Development. If you would like to complete an application for Cross Creek Pointe Apartments, you must contact United Management II to apply.

Please be advised that Fayetteville Metropolitan Housing Authority DOES NOT post announcements on Facebook concerning taking applications for the Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) Program or the Public Housing Program. The Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) program is currently not accepting applications at this time; however, if you would like to apply for Public Housing, applications are taken the 3rd Wednesday of each month from 8:00 am until 5:00 p.m. for the following Public Housing sites.
